Good, used condition but there will be some chiselling needed of plaster/adhesive stuck to the back panel and hearth, from where it has been removed. The overall size of the entire unit is H 109, W 122, D 39cm. The opening in the back panel measures H 58, W 42cm. This is an extremely heavy item and will need two people to carry safely and a vehicle in which it can lay flat. Collection only from LS26.
