As can be seen in the photos and video, there is a crack on the edge of the internal prism. It has turned black. I attached the trinocular lens listed for sale to the BH2 and observed it. There are small spots of mold and dirt, but it is generally in good condition.

Normally I kept a bit of black tape over the analyser slot and only fitted the polariser and analyser when required. Really needs at least the 50W halogen lamp for good darkfield at higher magnifications.
