The lens itself is a Mamiya 127mm f4.7 portrait lens, and the package also includes the original Polaroid back - and also a Mamiya 6x9cm roll film holder and body mount adaptor. The camera, lens and roll film back are all in excellent condition and would make an interesting and eclectic introduction to medium format photography.
