This is a tenor saxophone unsure of its age looks in ok condition but may benefit from a service .I always try to be honest in description .

YTS-23 Yamaha Tenor Saxophone serial no. 040125 manufactured in Japan. This saxophone is in amazing condition for its age (I found one slight scratch on the bell – see photo with my finger). There are a couple of very light scratches around the hook ring indicating this saxophone has had light use.

Very nice tenor saxophone mouthpiece in a good opening size 7* Produces a nice warm tone with a good projection. It's good on all register of the sax . The Kanee "Florida " Is similar to Otto Link style Mouthpieces. Steve Neff said " I found it smooth and even up and down the horn, the tone has some nice highs and power. It has a bit of a zing and sizzle to the tone. The low notes are nice and full sounding, it was east to subtone down low"
