I do not have enough knowledge on this piece & is untested. Optics are clear. Being an used item, there may be tiny dirt/dusts in the inside optics which do not affect its performance much. It looks there is no delamination on optics.

Acquired it as from a Zeiss Ultraphot Microscope. However, I do not know which version of Ultraphot it fits. I do not have one to test it. Recently cleaned. The last(out) position of the slider is rather stiff but still OK.
