This is for a Velbon camera tripod as per title and pictures. Adjustable height (approx) - 45 - 143 cm - via central pillar & leg extension adjustments. Good used condition with just a few marks otherwise in great condition. Just noticed...may be missing the 'handle' for adjusting height. You can do this by just lifting the top part but noticed another similar one had a little handle so guessing this is meant to have the same.
