This is something pretty cool and rare, but IT IS NOT SIGNED. It won't let me change that. I bet a lot of kids started playing with this. Very minimal wear around outside edge. Middle staples have loosened a bit in booklet, but condition and fit are virtually flawless. The record may be unplayed. I don't see even one fingerprint. Just this one and you will never see another like it. I feel foolish selling it this cheap but I have no use for it. In fact, if it doesn't sell, I'm going to use it as a gun target.
