I tested to take pictures and then shut it off yo preserve its life. This one doesn't need trays as they clamp into the side. It has a few dings and mild fading, but it is super sturdy and a cool design.

Both are big and heavy. You can get a sense of the scale of this 'portable' projector from the photo on the table. The projector works as you can see from the video. The bulb works. There appear to be two valves missing from the projector box which indicates that the amplifier does not function but may well be a case of just need two new valves.
