GENUINE VICTORIAN CRANBERRY GLASS EPERGNE. Has the usual air bubbles of blown glass of the period and kiln debris and wear to the base. but very nice. Possibly had provision for two canes ,but may have been dispensed with or changed at manufacture. shown in last 3 pictures.

Antique Victorian epergne / posy vase. The underside is stamped WWH & Co for William Wheatcroft Harrison. 9cm by 5.5cm, and the total height including the glass insert is 18cm. There is natural darkening and toning to the silver plate finish.

Excellent condition- no chips, cracks or repairs. The epergne has a central bowl or base with three upward-curving arms, each ending in a ruffled or crimped top. The base and arms are made of milk glass with a silver crest trim, which is a signature of the Fenton Silver Crest line Fenton Art Glass Company was founded in 1905 and produced a wide range of decorative glass items, including the Silver Crest line, which was made from 1943 to 1969. The underplate is 12" diameter, bowl is 4 1/2" height by 11" top diameter and horns are 10" length.
