With red carnelian agate panels to lid and base, hinged lid reveals gilt metal grill with pierced decoration, also hinged and compartment with original sponge. Gilt metal mounts and body. In good condition overall with verdigris, wear and marks with surface wear. Some scratches to the agate but no chips or cracks. 2.5cm x 2.5cm x 1.6cm high.
