Hi there, I’m selling my Tokai Hard Puncher bass guitar as I don’t find myself playing much these days. It’s a black, Made in Japan model with the serial number 9070476, dating it to around 1990. This bass has mostly been kept in storage over the past few years and is in good condition overall. There are a couple of scratches on the body — I’ve done my best to show these in the photos. These early Japanese Tokais are becoming increasingly rare and are known for their excellent build quality — a great alternative to vintage Fender Precision Basses. I’m based in West London and would prefer collection. Feel free to reach out with any questions or if you’d like to see more photos. Thanks!

Circa late 1970s / early 1980s. Not sure of it's origin or manufacturer, had been retro fitted to a bass I bought in. Looks similar to Greco or other circa 1970s style tuners seen online but I can't be sure.
