Boxed - box is worn and repaired but intact and folds open. 2. Box inserts present and intact 3. Layout mat with roads and harbour in good condition, very little wear or marking. 4. I estimate that approximately 60% of the pieces are present. Most of the boat, warehouse, wharf and vehicles, less of the rest. 5. Instructions are a reprint. Shipped dismantled.
