This is quite a rare find as not many Webb lawnmowers of this type around like the old Atco ones are common. Clutch appears to be in working order as allows me to manoeuvre when pulled in. I think this is a 12" Webb Witch 8 Bladed Cylinder Push Mower, with a cutting width of 30cm. It has adjustable height and cutting height settings. the blades still work and it cuts the grass effectively.
