The On Site Swap service ensures that Epson will attend the customer s site and undertake a no parts repair of the unit. If this is not possible then the unit will be swapped out on site with a quality assured replacement projector. On Site service delivery is next business day (best endeavour) for calls logged before 3.30pm. Epson will de install re install the projector so long as it is accessible and installed below 3.65m high.
