Overall in good readable condition but is in okay to rough condition. Has lots of wear. The cover is stained, dusty dirty, has edge wear, creases and other types of wear. Has pen marks on the outside spine. Inside page has pencil marks. Also has a few more pen marks on a couple of the first few pages and then also on the last page. Some pages have stains and also are a little dirty. Has a few pages starting to seperate from the binding. Still in readable condition but is rough to okay condition.
