Console does have a lot of dirt in the small holes on the top. It's very difficult to get in to those holes to clean them so although the console has been cleaned it still looks a bit dirty from that.

Here is an Xbox one s console with 500GB of storage. The console is in good with just a few marks on the case and the bottom as seen in the photo. Everything works on the console like WiFi and disc drive. I have opened and deep cleaned and fully serviced it including new thermal paste.
