It looks like the car stereo has never been used but the kit only includes what is in the photo. There are no connection cables so I didn't check if it works. The kit includes the camera in the photo which costs about £30, a DAB radio stick which costs about £50 and the main unit is a car stereo with a rotating screen. I don't know which car it will fit and also note that there are no connection cables or any mounting elements.
