Having a clearout at work. We’ve got a couple of these printers which have been sat on a shelf for a good few years (backups in case our main printer fails). Box has been opened but printer is brand new. Includes UK and EU power cable, plus usb cable, and manuals/literature in original box. Box may have some marks.

Then press feed button and keep it pressed until green LED blinks twice and release it. Turn printer Off then On again. Don't print Windows test print. If unsuccessful - repeat procedure until Windows install printer correctly or can try through Device Manager-Printers- Uninstall.
