The 3ds itself is in very good condition with minimal scratching on top and a scuff on the left side and non on the bottom as seen in the pictures, the buttons are in very good condition on minimal marks on the joystick all in the pictures, the top screen as a few scratches and the bottom screen has no scratches all shown in the pictures.
