M1 line from Z80 present - important if you wish to use DivIDE or DivMMC interfaces. Video out modified to ' composite ' so works with a majority of modern TV's - make sure the TV you will be using has a composite video in connector.

Here's my Sinclair ZX Spectrum +3 128K. I've tested the computer and the keyboard and it's working fine, but the disc is genuinely untested. (My suggestion is to plan fitting a new belt anyway to the disc, even better get a DivMMC to use with it!).
