You are looking at a classic older general purpose microphone made by Electro Voice in the 1950's. Pic # 3 shows Jerry Lee Lewis using one of these very mics. This model was a detachable desk stand that has a painted aluminum base with detachable painted wooden handle allowing the user of the mic to quickly release the mic attached and walk around using the handle to support the mic with the twist of the handle.

This model was widely produced by Electro Voice during the 1950's through 1970's. As you can see the stand thread itself is universal and any mic or mic clip will technically mate to the top of it. You'll notice right away that this particular 630 has a strange front grill.

You can use these on E.V RE10, RE11, RE15, & RE16 model mics as they will also grip them with gorilla force making sure those expensive mics don't fall out. You are looking at an older 1st generation 1970's era Sennheiser MZQ-100 model microphone clip that is in very nice used and excellent working condition.
